Cylinder, Cases and Crankshaft together with degree wheel for port mapping

This is a outline of where I will cut the cases but not the exact lines

The area below the stator screw hole has to be filled with epoxy so when the
cases are cut it won't penetrate into the magneto area

Cylinder and Piston ready to be shipped out to Machinist

Crankshaft ready to be shipped out also to get welded

Now the Crankshaft is trued and welded to .001 spec

Intake Manifold installed waiting for the carbs

Exhaust Maniold matched to the Cylinder porting and torqued to specs

MSD Flwheel Installed and the Static timing was set

Carbs are Taper Bored

Taper bored with the Stock F/A to keep water out better

Stock head Modified for Pump Gas

Modified head Installed and Torqued

Motor completed all together and ready to go
