Jet Ski Engine Rebuilding

R.A.S. Motorsports Engine Rebuilding
I have been Building Recreational and Race Motors for over 25 Years Now! I have built and tuned Race Motors since the early 80's that have Won State, National and World Championships! I take pride in the work I do and stand 110% behind any and ALL Motors I rebuild either a Recreational or a Full Blown Race Motor. You can have your Motor Modified while we have it apart if you choose! I will rebuild YOUR Motor so you won't get some welded cases or over bored Motor when yours wasn't that bad in the first case! If you choose to do one of our RAS Race Motors then email me direct at -email- so we can discuss the options available to you. I can work on a budget for you to get the best out of the motor as well!

MOTOR PROCESS UPON ARRIVAL: RAS Motorsports Engine Rebuilds Start by taking the motor completely apart. Then the crankshaft is disasembled and the Journals are Bead Blasted to remove any rust on them. We inspect the Cases, Cylinder and Cylinder Head for any Damage what so ever. Each Cylinder is then measured so we only bore the Cylinder to the next good bore size. So if you send a Motor on a Standard Bore we will then bore the Cylinder to .5mm so the Cylinder has future bores available. If your .5mm we will go 1mm oversize. Once we inspect these parts we will get in contact with you and advise your options. At the time the engine is apart, you have the option to have any other Modifications done to your Motor like Porting, Blue Printing, Polishing etc. We use Cast OEM replacement pistons but, Wiseco or Pro-X Pistons are available for additional cost of depending on the Motor. Then we rebuild the Crankshaft with all new bearings and rods. All new oil seals and gaskets to complete the rebuild. Once the Motor is sent back to you we will send the gaskets you need to complete the process at no extra charge. Each Motor comes with Instructions for break-in. If you need help we are here for you. We treat and handle each Customer on a one-on-one basis. We just don't put you though the system. Call or E-mail us with your questions about a re-build. THERE ARE NO CORE CHARGES BECAUSE WE REBUILD YOUR MOTOR!!! We have many spare parts on hand so if one of your core parts are non-rebuildable then we can find it used to save $$$.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: From the First Day the Motor is received you can count on us to provide you the BEST SERVICE possible in the Industry!!! After the Engine is complete and shipped back to you, we will help you with any Technical advice you may need so that the engine goes back in the way it came out. We have the best technical advise for you, so don't be scared taking this project on yourself. I have had Customers that have done this for the first time and had no problem along with my help to complete the motor!!! * Take a few Pictures of the teardown.

ENGINE TESTING: Each Engine is assembled to my Personal Racing Specifications. With over 25 years of Championship Race Engine building experience I assemble the motors the way I would a Race Motor. After the Motor is complete we test it for Leak Down Pressure and also test the Water Jacket for Pressure. As each Motor is assembled the squish is made sure to be within OEM specs or for your type of Motor built.

ENGINE WARRANTY: Each Engine we Build or Rebuild will have a One Year Limited Warranty. Once the Engine is completed the engine cannot be taken apart or this warranty will be voided. If you experience a problem with your Craft, E-mail us or call immediately so we can consult with you on what to do. Note that we cannot be held responsible for any User error's in replacing the motor or modifications you do to the craft after it is returned to you. If you have to send the motor back to us for warranty, you are responsible for the shipping charges. So if you need help don't hesitate to call or email us!!!
